I had a great stay at the hotel with excellent hospitality, transportation service, and buffet breakfast. The staff was courteous and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with both local and international dishes. The hotel even provided a packed breakfast for my early departure.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, providing easy access to transportation. the rooms are spacious and clean, with luxurious fittings in the washrooms. the service is quick and cooperative, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread offers a variety of delicious vegetarian options.
Some areas of the hotel appear outdated and could use some renovation.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very near to the railway station. The hotel staff provided great transportation service from and to the railway station. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of items. The staff members were very polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great amenities and beautiful building. Their staff provides pick up service from the station and their entertainment area, including a kid's playing area, was enjoyable. Best aspects: the interior of the room was beautiful, and we had a nice view through the window. the cleaning staff kept everything neat and tidy.
The staff was very slow and unresponsive. We had to ring the bell several times to get a response from the room service or reception.

the WiFi signal in our room was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. while the hotel provided some nice amenities, the poor staff service was a letdown.
